AI Usage Policy

Providers we use

Gizo AI orchestrates multiple third-party AI models to deliver its features. Current providers include OpenAI, Google AI (Gemini), Anthropic, Replicate, ElevenLabs, and Deepgram. The exact provider serving a request depends on the feature, user plan, and availability; the platform may fall back between providers to maintain service.

What is sent to providers

When you use an AI feature, the content of your prompt, uploaded files, and conversation context relevant to that request is transmitted to the underlying provider for processing. Providers process this data under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your prompts and we do not authorize providers to train their public models on your private content where a no-training option is available; we cannot guarantee provider behavior beyond their published terms.

Model limitations

• Outputs can be inaccurate, biased, outdated, or fabricated.
• Models do not have real-time knowledge unless a tool explicitly enables it.
• Image, video, and voice models may unintentionally reproduce trademarks, likenesses, or copyrighted styles — verify before commercial use.
• Same prompt can produce different results between runs and providers.
• Safety filters may refuse or alter requests without notice.

Ownership of output

Subject to your compliance with these terms and the underlying provider terms, you own the outputs you generate on Gizo AI. You are responsible for ensuring your outputs do not infringe third-party rights and are legal to use in your jurisdiction. Some providers assert limited rights over outputs; where those apply we pass them through to you unmodified.

Disclosure and transparency

If you publish AI-generated content to the public, we recommend labelling it as AI-generated where a reasonable person would otherwise be misled. Some jurisdictions (e.g. EU AI Act) require this by law for certain uses. Compliance is your responsibility.

Website Builder — capabilities and limits

The Website Builder generates static HTML/CSS/JS (and optional React/Vite exports) from prompts. It is a drafting assistant: single-prompt output typically needs review and iteration, does not automatically provision backends (auth, database, payments, email), and does not guarantee accessibility, SEO, or originality. You are responsible for licensing of any third-party assets, compliance of published content, and connecting external services before going live. See also the Disclaimer and Terms of Service, §3a.

Voice cloning and synthetic media

You may only submit a voice, face, or likeness for cloning or synthesis if you are the owner of that voice/likeness or hold explicit, verifiable consent from every identifiable person involved. Generating impersonations of real people without consent, political deepfakes, or synthetic media designed to defraud is prohibited under the Acceptable Use Policy and violates the terms of our voice provider.

See the Acceptable Use Policy. In addition, do not use Gizo AI to build systems that generate CSAM, election-manipulation deepfakes, biometric surveillance databases, or any output prohibited by the underlying model provider.
