Acceptable Use Policy

By using Gizo AI you agree not to generate, upload, host, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or violates this policy or the policies of any underlying model provider (OpenAI, Google AI, Anthropic, Replicate, ElevenLabs, etc.).

Prohibited uses

• Illegal activity — anything that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction or ours.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance, reported to authorities.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, including deepfakes and sexualized depictions of real people without consent.
• Targeted harassment, hate, or violence against individuals or protected groups.
• Weapons, self-harm, or dangerous instructions — including CBRN uplift, malware, or circumvention of safety measures.
• Fraud, impersonation, or deception — phishing, scams, fake identities, forged documents, manipulated media of real people passed off as real.
• Election, political, or health misinformation designed to mislead the public.
• Infringement of copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights.
• Personal data scraping or doxxing.
• Automated abuse — scraping the platform, bypassing rate limits, or reselling raw model access.
• Voice, face, or likeness cloning without consent — you must own the voice/likeness or hold verifiable consent from every identifiable person.
• Regulated advice presented as professional advice (legal, medical, financial) to third parties.

Enforcement

We may investigate, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, and may remove or refuse to serve generated content and hosted sites. We may report unlawful activity to law enforcement. Enforcement decisions are at our sole discretion.
