1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and booking any travel services through Wanderlust Kashmir, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our booking services.

2. Booking and Payments

All bookings require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your tour dates and arrangements. The remaining balance must be cleared at least 14 days prior to your departure date. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and digital payment gateways.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be provided in writing via email. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled departure are subject to a 100% forfeiture of the total package price due to non-refundable commitments with our local transport and hospitality partners.

4. Force Majeure

Wanderlust Kashmir is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to extreme weather, political unrest, road closures in the Himalayas, or other events beyond our reasonable control. We recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

5. Participant Conduct

Travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward local customs, fellow travelers, and our staff. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour without refund if their behavior jeopardizes the safety or enjoyment of the group.

6. Limitation of Liability

Adventure travel involves inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Wanderlust Kashmir and its employees shall not be held liable for personal injury, property loss, or damage incurred during your trip.
