In 2012, while working as hydrogeologists in rural Sub-Saharan Africa, our founders witnessed the devastating impact of waterborne illness on local schools. It became clear that access to clean water wasn't just a utility—it was a catalyst for education, health, and economic independence.
PureFlow Foundation was born from the conviction that sustainable, community-owned infrastructure is the only way to end the water crisis. We shifted the model from "aid delivery" to "capacity building," ensuring that every well we drill is maintained by the people who use it.
