Copyright & DMCA Policy

Gizo AI respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent frameworks in other jurisdictions.

Submitting a takedown notice

Send a written notice to dmca@gizoai.com that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. Identification of the material to be removed, with a URL on Gizo AI.
4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address containing the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

Trademark and other IP

Trademark and other non-copyright IP claims should be sent to legal@gizoai.com with the same level of detail (owner, mark or right asserted, allegedly infringing URL, evidence of rights).

Fraudulent or bad-faith notices may result in liability under applicable law.
