Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 24, 2023
1. Booking and Reservation
A non-refundable booking fee of 30% of the total package price is required to secure your wedding date. Your date is considered "booked" only once the signed contract and the retainer fee have been received by FrameStory. Until then, dates remain available on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Payment Schedule
The remaining balance is due exactly 30 days prior to the wedding date. Failure to remit payment by the due date may result in a cancellation of services, forfeiting the initial retainer. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers through our secure portal.
3. Image Delivery
FrameStory commits to delivering a curated gallery of high-resolution digital files within 6 to 8 weeks following the event date. We provide a sneak-peek gallery of 20 images within 72 hours of the wedding. All images undergo professional color correction and subtle aesthetic editing consistent with our portfolio style.
4. Copyright and Licensing
FrameStory retains the copyright to all captured images. Clients receive a personal usage license, granting the right to print, share, and display images for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use or publication without written consent from FrameStory is strictly prohibited.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
In the event of a cancellation, the retainer fee is non-refundable. If you wish to reschedule, we will make every effort to accommodate your new date, provided it is available. Date transfers are subject to a rescheduling fee and price adjustments based on current market rates at the time of the new booking.
