1. Service Agreement
By engaging Nest Interiors for design services, you agree to the terms outlined in our formal Design Agreement. All projects require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit to secure scheduling in our design calendar.
2. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued based on project milestones. Payments for professional design fees are due within 15 days of invoice date. Procurement of furniture, fixtures, and materials must be paid in full prior to order placement.
3. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, mood boards, CAD drawings, and floor plans developed by Nest Interiors remain the intellectual property of the studio. Clients are granted a limited license to use these materials for the intended project site only. Reproduction for third-party commercial purposes is prohibited without express written consent.
4. Project Timelines
Estimated timelines for design completion are projections based on industry standards and vendor lead times. While we strive to maintain project schedules, Nest Interiors is not liable for delays resulting from manufacturer shipping issues, supply chain disruptions, or contractor dependencies.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the design services agreement with 30 days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client is responsible for all work performed up to the date of cancellation and any outstanding vendor commitments.
